Call Center is a platform for communication between enterprise and client. Base on CTI, now besides call in mode there is also call out mode. E-Service can help enterprise contact with their client and update information according to the database.
    Operation Service Representative
Role & Permission: E-Service will distributes post & permission to our operation service representative to ensure our work.

Communication Control: Login、logout、pause、switching、monitor、emergency call etc.
    Telephone recording & message
Telephone recording: There will be recording for each phone and this will be saved in our system. Each record can be saved by data, time, telephone number etc.

Record binding: Each record will be bind with the performance of each operation service representative.
    Operation Monitor
Platform Monitor: This will be used for monitoring the state of operation service representative and telephone communication.
